Once you have placed your order you will get an automatic order confirmation email. 

Orders take between 2 to 7 working days as our products are freshly made in small batches to ensure you receive high quality products. (Delivery times for customized orders and wholesale orders will be discussed with the customer.)

A confirmation email with a tracking number is then sent to each customer. The number can be used to track the parcel at any time within the delivery process. We use The Courier Guy for all our shipping requirements.

Each product is packed within a suitably sized box with protective bubble wrap for extra protection. The parcel is then sealed with tape. Our couriers take great care when handling parcels.
