Refund Policy


At Lanie Bath and Body customer service is a big deal and we would like to make your shopping experience a magnificent one.

We are unable to exchange, refund or credit an order as soon as it is placed and processed through our system. It cannot be cancelled and refunded due to a change of mind. All orders are final once submitted.

Our products are packaged with utmost care to prevent any damage or spillage of products.

Should your product be damaged or spilt in transit please send an email to admin@laniebathandbody.co.za with your order number. We will either resend the item or if the item is out of stock, we will do a refund for the specific item.

Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of your package.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Please email admin@laniebathandbody.co.za. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited less our 10% handling fee from the original price (excluding shipping charges) provided goods are unused and are returned in the original condition.

 

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. (Return address will be provided to you.)  Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will ask you for your banking details in order to process your refund.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
